Black Bar n’ Burger (18 Shlomtzion HaMalka Street, Jerusalem) – this is a well-regarded American-style hamburger restaurant (and the meat is kosher). Along with burgers, one can order other items, ranging from steak to chicken, and even roasted eggplant with orange tehina sauce. It’s popular among young travelers and students. Apparently this restaurant of part of a chain of 12 “Black Bar” restaurants located throughout Israel.
